  • Orders generally take 2 to 3 business days to process
  • Custom and personalized orders will require additional processing time. Times will be communicated once orders have been received and reviewed

2. Shipping Methods:
  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited, to accommodate your needs
  • Shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process

    3. Shipping Rate:

    • Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping destination,  selected shipping option, package weight, dimensions and value of the item(s) being shipped
    • Shipping cost will be indicated during the checkout process

     

    4. Shipping Destinations:
    • Shipping within Canada - Fedex, UPS or Purolator
    • Shipping to United States - Fedex or Purolator
    • Shipping to other countries - Fedex or DHL
    • If your country is not serviced by Fedex or DHL, contact us for special arrangements.

     

    5. Tracking Your Order:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and information
    • Use the tracking number when monitoring the progress of your shipment

    6. Delivery Address:
    • It is crucial that your shipping address is accurate and complete during the checkout process
    • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for incomplete addresses entered

     

    7. Signature Confirmation:
    • For added security, all orders will require a signature upon delivery
    • If you will not be present for delivery, you can typically reschedule with the carrier directly
    • You have the option of having your package delivered and/or picked up from a post office or shipping depot

    8. International Shipping and Custom Duties, Taxes and Import Fees:
    • Custom duties, taxes, and import fees (where applicable) are separate from the shipping cost and are the responsibility of customers

    • As with North American shipments, all International shipments will require a signature upon delivery

     

    9. Lost or Damaged Items:
    • We are working with professional, dependable and efficient couriers for the shipment of our items
    • Packaging has been chosen to prevent any possible damage to your items
    • Our couriers have never lost or damaged a shipment to date
    • However, in the event that your order is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately either by phone or email. We will investigate the issues with our shipping courier, and ensure your satisfaction

     

    10. Shipping Holidays:
    • Holiday and weekend schedules may impact shipping delivery times
    • Familiarize yourself with our holiday shippng deadlines to ensure your shipment arrives on time
    • Shipping deadlines will be posted on our website homepage banner
    • Customers are asked not to place last minute orders as we cannot guarantee delivery if sufficient time is not allowed to complete and ship your items by the date requested
    • Although we always do our best, courier holiday shipping schedules may not allow last minute orders to arrive by a preferred date
