At Gold’n Glitter, we strive to ensure all purchases you make bring you complete satisfaction and joy. We do understand, however, that sometimes a return or exchange might be required. Our return policy is designed to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible while being transparent.

 

1. Non-Eligibility For Returns or Exchange

  • Gold'n Glitter Jewellery from our Exclusive Collections is not returnable under any circumstances
  • Custom designed, custom ordered, engraved, sized, ordered when out of stock are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Jewellery originally purchased from us but altered or repaired by another jeweller
  • Jewellery deemed “not the size I expected” or “not the right size” will not be accepted. All products include a detailed Description, Specifications, Measurement Chart (where applicable) and Size Comparison Chart that enable clients to determine whether the size is appropriate prior to ordering. We encourage all clients to review this information in detail before ordering
  • Jewellery set with any gemstones
  • Earrings

2. Eligibility For Returns or Exchange
  • Notify us within 7 to 14 days from the date of purchase if a return or exchange is required for an eligible item
  • Eligible items must be received within 21 days for them to be returned or exchanged unless you have made other written arrangements with us
  • Eligible items must be in original condition, and include all tags, packaging and appraisals (where applicable)
  • Items eligible for a full refund are those in-stock and at full price
  • Shipping costs paid by the client, are not refundable when items are returned or exchanged 
  • Shipping costs paid by Gold’n Glitter, will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customs duties, fees and taxes are not refundable when items are returned or exchanged

    3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
    • Contact our Client Service Team at sales@goldnglitter.ca or 1-833-399-4653, within 7 to 14 days from date of purchase, to initiate the return or exchange process
    • Provide your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and any other relevant details in your correspondence
    • Gold’n Glitter’s Client Service Team will guide you through the next steps, which includes providing a Return Authorization Number where applicable

    4. Return Shipping and Exchange Shipping
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of all clients
    • Exchange shipping is also the responsibility of all clients
    • Package your items(s) in the original box(es) and packaging
    • Use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s)
    • If you do not insure the shipment for the value paid and the shipment gets lost, you will be responsible and will not receive your refund

    5. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been thoroughly inspected
    • Refunds are generally processed within 7 days upon receipt but can take as long as 10 days
    • Refunds will not be processed if you do not insure your return shipment and it gets lost

    6. Exchanges
    • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item(s) are received and thoroughly inspected
    • Exchanging for a more expensive item? No problem. You will be responsible for the difference in price plus shipping. This must be paid before the new item is shipped
    • Exchanging for a less expensive item?  No problem. You will receive a gift card for the difference in value
    • Shipping costs for all exchanges are the responsibility of clients
